Invitation: Foundation Laying Ceremony on 18th June 2016 at 10:01 am

Dear Friends,

The preparation work for the construction of the proposed new Vihara building (extension) of the Perth Sri Lanka Buddhist temple started during the Wesak season. Now you have the wonderful opportunity to participate in the foundation laying ceremony to be held on the Poson poya which is a very special day for all Sri Lankan Buddhists.

All are invited to come to the Kenwick Buddhist temple to lay a foundation brick which is valued at $100 each.

The ceremony will begin at 10.01 am on Saturday the 18th June 2016 (and continue at 5pm Saturday, and at 5pm on Sunday) with the blessings of the Maha Sangha chanting Pirith. You and your family members are cordially invited to participate in this meritorious act.
Please take utmost care in case you have to park in the neighbourhood by using only the designated areas.
