Dear members of the SLSBS,

Thank you to those who submitted the Nomination and Proxy forms, ahead of the AGM.

We have also received a couple of requests from SLSBS members including changes to the constitution, which requires more detailed attention and passing of special resolutions etc by the Management Committee, under the current regulations.

Therefore, to allow all these requests be given due consideration and included in  this year’s agenda and also to give the opportunity to the general membership to provide their feedback, we have decided to postpone the AGM which was originally scheduled for this Saturday the 8th of September 2018 at 3pm, until further notice.

Any inconvenience caused to you in this regard, is regretted very much.
